We want to be completely clear about what we do not collect or store:

- No insurance information. We never ask for your Medicare number, plan ID, insurance card details, or any information about your specific coverage.
- No account data. There are no user accounts on AdvantageGuide. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or mailing address.
- No payment information. We never process payments or collect credit card numbers.
- No Social Security numbers. We will never ask for your Social Security number under any circumstances.
If anyone contacts you claiming to be from AdvantageGuide and asks for any of the information listed above, that person is not affiliated with us. Please do not share sensitive information.
Children's Privacy
AdvantageGuide is designed for adults, particularly older adults enrolled in Medicare. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.
Changes to This Policy
If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We do not anticipate significant changes because we collect so little information to begin with.
